FoCoMath offers math tutoring services for students in grades K-5. We use a multisensory, hands-on approach to build numeracy skills.

We offer individualized 1:1 and small group tutoring at the student’s house or a neutral location (i.e. library, school, homeschool pod, etc.). Virtual sessions can be arranged by request.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length. Each session includes 30 minutes of Math Recovery® instruction, followed by 15 minutes of fact fluency practice and/or parent consultation time.

We collect a variety of data to inform instruction, such as: Math Recovery® AVMR diagnostic screening assessments, three grade level Acadience Benchmark assessments (beginning, middle, and end of school year), along with Acadience Progress Monitoring assessments throughout the year.
